Q. I have joined but my site doesn't show up on your list.
A. When you join, your site is put into the database. It may take up to two hours for your site to show
up in our top sites list. Please check the our topsites list after two hours of joining and you will now see you site in our topsites list.
Q. My website no longer shows up in the topsites list. why?
A.Sites that have not received a single vote in a months time will no longer
show up in our topsites list. To get your site to show up in the list you must receive a vote.
Please note: your site is not removed from our database, it is simply marked as inactive and will no longer show
on our topsites list. To get your site back on the list, simply click on our mini button on your site and vote for your site.
Within the next two hours after the vote for your site, your web site will now show in our topsites list.
Q. Why should I join this Top Sites?
A. Simple: Get visitors to your web-site who are interested in your web-site content! It's Free.
Our top-site is different from the others out there; Our top site has only one agenda, bringing wildlife,
outdoor and hunting sites together! It's what we are all about!
Other popular top sites out there let sites join many categories! Not us! Your site can only be listed in one category!

Q. How do I get started?
A. Simply find the category that best suits your web-site
and click the join link at the top of the page.
Q. What is the Mini-banner html code?
A. The html code is used to track the visitors to your site.
The html code has a unique ID in it for your site. The more visitors that
come to your site the higher you will move up the list. You must put the html
code on your site. If you don't, your site will be suspended!
Not adding the code is not fair to other sites that have the code added, and your site will definitely be suspended.
Sites are automatically checked each re-rank (approx 1 week) for the code. If no
mini banner (html) is found your site will be suspended.
Q. How do I get the Mini-banner html code
for my web-site?
A.Click on the User control panel link for the category your site is listed in.
Once inside the user control panel,
click on HTML Code and then click the generate code button.
Q. How do I put a
mini-banner on my page?
A. Go to the user control panel and get the html code.
You then need to highlight the code with your mouse, Right click and then select
copy. Now simply paste the code into you web-page(s).
Q. I'm having a problem
installing the html code can you help. Yes
E-mail Us the address of the pages you want the code added too,
along with the category your site is to be added to.
Q. What is the web-ring
code for inside the user control panel?
With a Web-Ring added to your site, you can generate more traffic to your website and increase your search engine ranking.
Note: Adding the web-ring code to your site is optional, but the mini-banner code is required.
The mini-banner is how your site is ranked.
Q. Can I add a banner
to my listing?
A. Yes. Go to the user control panel, click on the edit button
next to your site listing. There you can upload your banner.
Q.Why don't I see my
banner on the main page?
A. We don't allow banners on the main page, If we did, this would slow down the load time.
But there are benefits for adding a banner to your listing. Your banner is
visible to users when they click on (View Site Details) next to your listing.
Also we randomly select sites of the week, to be listed at the top of the main page.
If you have a banner, then your banner will be placed on top if your site is randomly selected.
If you don't have a banner, then just the site title and description will appear in the site
of the week box.
Q. How many sites can I list?
A.
We allow you to list as many of your own web-sites as you like. But you may only
list one site per category. So if you have two different web-sites you need to pick the two
best categories for the web-sites and list them there. Note: We will delete and possibly
ban a single web-site listed in two different categories.
Q. How are the sites
ranked?
A.
Sites on any particular board are ranked according to their unique votes.
Their average is based on each sites's previous 1 weeks of unique votes.
Votes are calculated every two hours. Foe example if your mini button is clicked on and the user
elects to vote for your site, then a vote is placed in the queue. within the next 2 hours, the vote will be added to your vote tally.
Q. How do I get
the best ranking?
A.
Place the html code (mini-banner) on your most visited pages.
It is best to place the code near the top of you pages also.
